The City has hired a team of consultants to provide planning expertise, project management, and community engagement for the Neighborhood Plan process. The team includes HKGi planners and landscape architects, CivicBrand branding and engagement experts, EOR water resources engineers, and Marquette Advisors commercial and housing development analysts. Due to the current public health climate, most of the public engagement process will be focused on digital and online methods with social distancing in mind.
